• Support the implementation of the Business Unit Balance Score Card (BSC) initiatives
• Maintain and update CWC and secondment firms’ information, including sanctioned firms
• Manage annual baseline and ad hoc allocation processes, including initiation, calculation, and distribution
• Coordinate the preparation, approval, and tracking of CWC and secondment MOAs; monitor and report on contract status
• Review and assess CWC requests from business units and prepare recommendations for approval
• Maintain and update allocation data, budget tracking, contract registers, and schedules in relevant systems
• Monitor and report CWC and secondment surcharges on all allocations
• Maintain and distribute regional under-allocation lists with audit business unit
• Manage supplier performance monitoring, including tracking contractual compliance and implementing penalty measures where required
• Oversee quality management evaluations, consolidate results, and draft correspondence for underperforming firms
• Develop, update, and implement CWC and secondment procedures
• Organise and coordinate CWC and ESD workshops and training sessions, including logistics and stakeholder engagement
• Prepare and submit monthly CWC, secondment utilisation, and ESD reports for Exco
• Compile monthly BBBEE reports and relevant inputs for Exco submissions
• Maintain and update ESD beneficiary information and support the annual ESD grant payment processes
• Support ESD networking sessions and related initiatives, including the implementation of the ESD strategy
•Request, manage, monitor and report ESD KPI’s for each ESD firm monthly
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external
stakeholders and manage stakeholder queries in line with approved protocols
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by highlighting insights, risks, and operational challenges throughout the portfolio
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and relevant stakeholders
• Support initiatives of sharing insights, risks and experiences
• Manage the feedback process to stakeholders by tracking all queries received, getting the relevant information and formulating appropriate responses according to the approved protocol
• Manage own development and performance as per the generic competency plan, training plan and individual performance contract
• Comply with the necessary training regulations, applicable policies and other training initiatives
• Participate in the BUs transformation, culture, diversity and employment equity initiatives
• Ensure compliance with AGSA policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
• Manage supply chain processes within scope of work
• Assist in providing information on payments to suppliers and service providers
• Perform and/or manage other projects, tasks and assignments delegated by the Manager not stipulated in the role profile description as and when required

Minimum requirements
Formal Education
Minimum qualification of CA(SA) is required for this role.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an auditing environment.
